Reporting To:  Senior Corporate Communications Officer

Professional Requirements

1. Must possess a Certificate of Secondary Education
2. Must possess Diploma in Graphic and Design or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
3. Must provide evidence of hands -on experience in photography and videography.
4. Must provide evidence of computer literacy

OR

1. Must have at least three (3) years working experiences Customer Service Assistant at Grade 4N OR position of comparable duties and responsibilities.
2. Must provide evidence of hands -on experience in photography and videography.
3. Must provide evidence of computer literacy

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the coverage of University activities (both video and photography)
2. Recording all customer complaints and forward them to the appropriate office
3. Participating in organizing university exhibitions and marketing activities
4. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
